Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from CourtLinq Shop (shop.courtlinq.com). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep product information, availability and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Pickup, shipping and returns

Pickup and delivery are described in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Rewards and discounts

Discount codes, including codes earned through CourtLinq rewards, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire. One code per order unless stated otherwise.

Use of products

Pickleball equipment is sold for recreational use. Use it in line with the manufacturer's instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
