Refund policy

Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your gear. You can return an item within 30 days of pickup or delivery for a full refund, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

What can't be returned

Pickleballs that have been opened or played with.
Gift cards.
Items marked final sale.

Damaged or defective items

If something arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days of pickup or delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email info@playapbf.com with your order number. We will tell you where to drop off or send the item. Pickup orders are returned in person at the pickup location.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method. Banks usually post the refund within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was damaged or defective.
